Joining our team you will
- Go through an intensive 4-week training
- Level up your skills and knowledge in both front-end (Vue.js, Angular, React) and back-end (Python, Ruby, Node.js) technologies
- Be mentored and coached by some of the highly qualified MentorMate experts
- Participate in the design and development phase of software production
- Participate successfully in an established daily Scrum process
- Join a culture that emphasizes hard work, leadership, and having fun
We will be happy to meet if you
- Have very good technical skills and at least 1-year of software development experience
- Have a good understanding of code and algorithms as well as strong analytical skills
- Are familiar with version control systems (Git)
- Want to improve your skills and enhance your knowledge in both front-end and back-end technologies
- Have desire to work with clients and the ability to understand their needs
- Love to work in a dynamic environment and developing software is your second nature
- Have good communication and teamwork skills
- Can demonstrate very good English skills, allowing you to communicate with US-based clients on a daily basis
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent will be considered an advantage
