The company was founded by a group of Bulgarian engineers whose aim was to develop the first digital camera in Europe. They succeed with a Photo Clip camera, which was awarded with a gold medal at the Plovdiv’s International Fair. While they were gaining knowledge in the field of image processing, the founders started to focus on the mobile industry.
Nowadays, MM Solutions is a worldwide leader in embedded camera software development. MM Solutions is а strategic partner of Qualcomm, Texas Instruments and other popular chip manufacturers.
The clients of MM Solutions are leading manufacturers of smart phones, tablets, navigation systems, drones, action cameras, electronic readers, smart appliances, etc. In the last few years, the company has successfully implemented projects for the automotive industry. One of them is in cooperation with a leading German automotive giant, who implements cameras to replace the side mirrors in one of their car’s model. Apart from the field of camera technology, MM Solutions has experience in developing various embedded devices.
