Bosch ECS Career Camp training program provides young software engineers and students with the opportunity to build up knowledge in developing cutting-edge software technologies for the automotive industry.
Investment in education and professional development of the young IT talents and creating an environment and opportunities for acquiring new knowledge and skills through innovation and technology are among the main priorities of the Engineering Center Sofia.
The Engineering Academy includes a series of lectures led by experienced professionals from the Bosch Engineering Center Sofia team, who will prepare the trainees for their career jumpstart in developing cutting-edge automotive software technologies. In this way, the Career Camp will provide an opportunity to learn about software algorithms, standards, processes, and tools that need to be known to create safe and sustainable mobility solutions.
Bosch ECS Career Camp is structured in three streams dedicated to Embedded C, Embedded Modern C++ Programming, and Advanced Test and Validation and Verification Methods for future Test Engineers in Automotive. Application by October 18th is required. The approved candidates will start their online training in November 2021. Participation in Bosch ECS Career Camp is completely free of charge and after successful completion of the training program, the young professionals will have the opportunity to start a career at Bosch Engineering Center Sofia and work on technologies with a global impact on the entire automotive industry.
Next to the training programs for qualified and experienced engineers, the company also supports the young engineers and students in their professional development through dual education programs, internship programs and collaboration with universities.
