Ryan Wyatt, a YouTube’s Gaming top boss, is about to leave the company. He will join the cryptocurrency company Polygon Studio, as their CEO, which is expected to become a reality at the end of February.

In a post on Twitter, Wyatt says:

“I have loved every minute of my time here, but it is time for my next endeavor.”

As a CEO, he will manage the growth of the “developer ecosystem” by way of investment, marketing, and developer support.

However, Ryan Wyatt is not the only one who is departing too. Engadget reports that the senior director of creator partnerships Jamie Byrne and the vice president and global head of product partnerships Heather Rivera are also leaving the company in order to join the Web3 ventures.

YouTube expressed its gratitude to Heather, Jamie, and Ryan for their contribution to the company over the years.
