About the Team

Our Global Talent Operations Тeam is looking for you, an experienced specialist, who will share our common goal to make the company better with matching the right people to the right projects.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will perform a strategic role as a staffing consultant and contact point for the hiring manager. You will also act as staffing lead for several projects with full-cycle recruitment responsibilities including preliminary consulting, further recruiting strategy, and its actual implementation.

YOU ARE

The candidate having the following skills and abilities

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT industry
  • Knowledge of software development company functioning
  • Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Result orientation and willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong motivation to manage customer’s/partner’s expectations
  • Personal effectiveness and motivation
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Using creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source, and engage candidates
  • Evaluation of candidates if they meet the position’s requirements and prepare them for interviews with hiring managers by providing detailed information about our company, business strategy, department specifics, job descriptions, and defining applicants’ expectations
  • Conducting interviews with a tech expert and hiring managers
  • Possibility of performing as the primary contact point for candidates and conducting the full recruiting cycle (communicating status, answering the questions and coordinating all follow-up efforts)
  • Communication regarding recruiting achievement, providing updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, etc.
  • Maintaining the database of candidates and recruitment-related reports
  • Analyzing the external labour market as per company needs on a permanent basis and responding to it proactively
  • Tight collaboration with Marketing Team, attending events, career fairs, etc. to extend the recruiting pipeline

SoftServe to Build State-of-the-Art Campus in Lviv https://devstyler.io/blog/2021/08/26/softserve-to-build-state-of-the-art-campus-in-lviv/ Thu, 26 Aug 2021 10:24:57 +0000 https://devstyler.io/?p=67593 ...]]> SoftServe, а consulting company, is planning on building a high-tech campus in place of an abandoned state-owned property in Lviv, Ukraine. A SoftServe engineering and construction subsidiary purchased the facility for $14 million in June at an open auction jointly held by Ukraine’s Ministry of Justice and the State Property Fund. The auction was part of the government program announced in 2020 with the goal of selling off infrastructure of unused state-owned properties.

SoftServe plans to invest more than $100 million over the next 5 years to build a modern campus in cooperation with an international architectural bureau. Construction is planned to begin in 2022. SoftServe’s offices in Lviv will be accommodated by the campus. It will offer will also offer ample amenities for work, leisure, talent development, and events, all open to the public. The campus will feature SoftServe’s corporate university, conference halls and exhibition venues, apartments, a kindergarten, a high school, and sports facilities. Oleh Denys, SoftServe’s co-founder and member of the Board explained:

“With development centers in seven cities, SoftServe is Ukraine’s second-largest tech company. We have recently surpassed 10,000 associates globally, and 4,000 of them work in Lviv, SoftServe’s European HQ, our biggest development center. The new campus will not only give a whole district in Lviv a new life but will also further the city’s rise as a large educational and technological hub in Ukraine and internationally.”

Ukraine’s cultural and geographical proximity to Western Europe makes it an attractive location for the R&D infrastructure of such global companies as Google, Oracle, eBay, Boeing, Siemens, Ericsson, Samsung, and many others. Ukraine’s IT services export has been growing by 25% annually on average and currently accounts for over 8% of the country’s total exports.
