Concerning technical advancements, Dornbush states that the game provides a native 4K output in fidelity mode, upscales to 4K at 1440p during performance mode. Additionally, for users with TVs supporting VRR, there’s an option to unlock the framerate. Improved loading times and the inclusion of DualSense features, such as haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, are also noteworthy aspects.

The announcement says that the game will be “a place full of heroes we have yet to meet, stories yet to be told, and adventures yet to be lived”.
