Blizzard announced that it is starting working on a new survival game.

The announcement says that the game will be “a place full of heroes we have yet to meet, stories yet to be told, and adventures yet to be lived”.

The only thing that the studio has confirmed at that point is that “It will be available on PC and console”. 

Blizzard is now operating as a subsidiary of Microsoft which makes it possible that the company may build the game compatible only for Xbox which is about to leave PlayStation and Switch players without providing them the experience of the game.

However, it seems that Blizzard is looking to hire people for art, design, and engineering in order to fill out the team.
