This question and more are still of interest to many of us working closely with developers and programmers.

Well, just because of that DevSyleR wanted to bring this topic up for further discussion and see what other specialists from the IT industry think about software developers’ skills, motivation, passion, personality and workstyle.

In our discussion, we covered some really interesting topics such as the importance of constant growth, the organisation of work, different personality profiles of software developers and their soft-skills, important features, comfortable places, social interactions, etc.

We also discussed the importance of good and professional interaction between employers and developers and developers and other colleagues from the team.

After all, at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter whether they are extroverts, introverts, or even somewhere in between. Developers are just ordinary people, colourful like all of us. We couldn’t build up one overall look of the software developer…But oh well, it would be very boring if we knew all the details about their personality and built their profile like typing a code.
