At present, we need long-term full-time support of skilled JavaScript React Developers to join with enthusiasm our client-side projects. The new hires will participate in custom software implementations and long-term projects by means of trendy tech stack.
You will be involved in:
– Developing and delivering sophisticated single web page apps for our multi-site international clients (incl. one of the most innovative and powerful investment banks worldwide)
– Communication with clients in order to turn their requirements into a working product
– Selection of the right tools for solving specific problems
– Supplementary activities such as packaging, testing and documentation
– Independent work or in collaboration with small teams
– Running projects through Agile software development principles
– Taking on challenging tasks that will give you multiple opportunities to go out of your comfort zone and progress
What you need to have:
(Essential)
+ Demonstrable knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and HTML5 acquired during occupation of a Front-end development role for more than 3 years
+ At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React
+ Experience with a React state management library such as Redux
+ Experience with asynchronous programming (Promises and/or async/await)
+ Experience with a responsive CSS framework such as Bootstrap or CSS3
+ Experience with component and unit testing using any library (Enzyme + Jest preferred)
+ Dependency management and packaging using npm and Webpack
+ Experience with a modern VCS such as Git (preferred)
+ Excellent problem-solving skills
+ Fluent verbal and written skills in English
+ Great communication skills and confidence to interact with clients’ teams
+ Eagerness to improve yourself by adopting new skills, sharing ideas and finding elegant solutions to complicated problems
+ Curiosity to explore unknown fields
+ Willingness to consider advice, feedback, new ideas, different perspectives
(Desirable) Knowledge/experience in:
+ TypeScript
+ Redux-saga (preferred), redux-thunk or redux-observable
+ Experience with Bootstrap 4+
+ Experience with SASS (SCSS)
+ Integration testing using Redux Saga Test Plan
+ Experience with Swagger and/or OpenAPI OAS v2+
+ Node.js (for stubbing/mocking/demo purposes)
+ Functional programming
