Team Leader
Job Description
- Lead a team of talented automotive engineers
- Preparation and execution of release planning
- Lead and coordinate internal team meetings
- Lead and coordinate external customer meetings
- Support technical staff in taking design decisions
- Ensure project clarity with all stakeholders and team members
- Report project status on a regular basis
- Participate in the hiring process
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics, Automation or Computer Science is a must
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2 + years’ experience of leading engineering teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good level of understanding of automotive processes (ASPICE, ISO 26260,. )
- Experience in software development processes (SCRUM, ScaledAgile )
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language
- Knowledge in Real-Time Operating systems and embedded development
- Autosar integration and configuration is considered as a big advantage
- People management
- English: Advanced
- German language will be considered as a plus
- Self-driven, self-motivated person
- Driving license is a plus
- Ability to travel abroad
