Prior to Google, she was a product manager at Amazon and worked for ten years at Microsoft as an Encarta editor and technical documentation author. Rayona said:

“I am very happy to be part of this unique conference and to be able to meet and learn something from the great community that has formed here in recent years. I am very excited about this new digital format in the field of technical documentation, which will help spread our ideas and knowledge to a wider and more diverse audience”

Other speakers will include Anton Bohlen, Matt Raynor, Shavindri Disanajake and Renate Kempf. They will cover topics such as “Creating Successful Users: Tactics and Experiments in Software Onboarding”, “The Pains of Composition: How to Write Your Best Documentation in a Collaborative World” and “High-quality and Consistent Content Using Docs-as-Code Tools” and Processes.”

Workshops will be led by long-time participants in the conference, such as Ekaterina Mitova and Dimitar Simov with “Best Practices for Building Taxonomies“, as well as new faces, including Maryland Sarah from Google with “Improv [e] your Communication, Storytelling, and Collaboration Skills”.

Information about the other sessions, workshops and speakers can be found on the event page. According to Michael Fritz, CEO of Tekom Europe:

“It is great that despite everything that happened last year, our community will be able to come together, exchange ideas and have fun in a safe and responsible way. It will be great to be able to meet old friends again, but also to make new ones. The new digital format will be a great background for discussing our main topic – Innovation, and I’m sure there will be a lot to learn and discuss. “
