The stream will include an extended look at ‘Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.’
Sony has revealed when the first State of Play presentation will take place in 2023. You’ll be able to watch the stream at 4 p.m. Eastern time on Feb. 23 on PlayStation’s Twitch and YouTube channels.
State of Play is back! Tune in Thursday at 1pm PT for:
☑️ Five new PS VR2 titles from partners
☑️ Hot indie and third-party reveals
☑️ An extended look at Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leaguehttps://t.co/kMPyPpMhSk pic.twitter.com/mu8RX0ZJFk— PlayStation (@PlayStation) February 21, 2023
Don’t expect too much news on big first-party games for PlayStation 5, like Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. Sony says State of Play will include new looks at “some anticipated” third-party games, as well as a “first look” at five titles coming to PlayStation VR2 later this year – hopefully Half-Life: Alyx will be among them. A reminder that the impressive but pricey VR headset is coming this week, Engadget wrote on the subject.
Sony will end the presentation with a deep dive into Suicide Squad: Justice League Assassination. You’ll be able to check out more than 15 minutes of gameplay and other details about the sequel to Batman: Arkham Knight, which can be played alone or with up to three other people and is scheduled to release on May 26
