Eupheus Learning, a New Delhi-based B2B edtech company, raised $10 millionfrom private equity platform Lightrock India in a Series C funding round.

Eupheus Learning plans to use the proceeds to scale up the business by expanding its product portfolio and entering new markets, and pursue acquisitions, according to a company press statement.

“As a startup, it is edging closer to becoming a soonicorn,” it said, but did not disclose its valuation after the investment.

According to an ET report in October 2018, consumer-focused venture capital fund Sixth Sense Ventures held about 44% of the edtech firm, with total investments of Rs 15-18 crore.

In 2020, Eupheus raised $4.3 million in equity and debt funding from investors led by Yuj Ventures, an investment platform backed by the family office of Xander Group founder Sid Yog.

Earlier this year, it raised $4.1 million in a Series B round led by Kuwait-based United Education Company and Al Rayan Holding Company.
