Application Support Engineer

As an Identity Management Specialist, your role isn’t about managing individual accounts; it’s about architecting the logic behind our innovative Identity Management System

Your daily routine would include:

  • Managing the Identity Management Solution – we do not manage accounts and access manually – we manage the system, which does it for us;
  • Working on business and technical requirements, solutions, integrations, design, execute test and implementation plans. All this to ensure adherence to standards and best practices;
  • Promoting continuous adoption, provide training, communication, and education of IAM capabilities, functions, and standards;
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues / problems with your applications and their integrations;
  • Troubleshooting issues with the business processes and issues with the technical implementation and possibly issues with the data, or the network, or the infrastructure;
  • Working with industry leading solutions by IBM, SAP, Microsoft, etc.

We’ll know you can make it, if you have:

  • Hands-on experience in supporting and administration of business-critical systems;
  • Practical experience using SQL for log analysis and Bash Scripting for automation;
  • Knowledge of IT service lifecycle management processes – development, testing, deployment, incident & change management and backups;
  • Power user skills in Windows and/or Linux OS;
  • Good command of English – both verbal and written;
  • Basic to mid-level understanding of scripting – Java or JavaScript.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications / Computer Science / IT or related is a plus;
