Role insights:
- manage and improve RAN optimization process;
- be in charge of RAN optimization projects and activities;
- develop RAN mobility strategy, based on the business needs;
- perform the assigned tasks with minimum supervision in order to execute and follow specific instructions with expected business results;
- ensure end-to-end RAN capacity;
- ensure RAN consistency;
- organize all operational tasks of the team;
- work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve the assigned targets;
- support network optimization initiatives, which include radio network performance improvements;
- ensure that operational SLA targets and KPIs are met.
Keys to success:
- solid previous experience in Radio optimization in 2/3/4/5G technology;
- be familiar with technical or engineering project management in Radio optimization;
- solid track record of processes improvements, while using technology solutions to ensure the highest business value;
- be a recognized expert in his own area and possess proven experience in successful delivery of network optimization activities;
- previous experience in a similar position as a Team Leader will be considered an advantage;
- higher education in the field of telecommunications is preferred;
- fluency in English.
