Together with FIO SYSTEMS AG that is part of the group since 2018 and provides web-based business software solutions, that covers all the processes in the areas of real estate management and marketing, virtual banking and claim management, we are looking for Scrum Master (f/m/d) to enable our employees to work successfully in our agile and transforming working world.
Your responsibilities:
- You will accompany our teams and support them with your experience in Agile and Scrum
- You initiate changes through sustainable process optimization in close communication with our CPO and the other Scrum Masters
- Facilitate internal communication, effective collaboration, and conflict resolution
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it together
- Motivate the Scrum Team to improve their processes, tools, and communications
- Coach the development teams and preach Agile on company level
- Monitor the team’s progress toward team goals
What we expect:
- At least 3 years practical experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and servant leadership skill
- You are goal-oriented, think holistically and able to mediate challenging situations
- Sound organizational and time management skills
- Scrum Master certification is considered an advantage
- Excellent language skills (verbal and written) in Bulgarian and English
