The role:
In this role, you will apply your expertise across a set of interesting customers, diverse, sectors, and complex challenges, on both major transformations (typically 6-18 months) and smaller scope engagements. You will have a couple of years ’experience working with Agile software delivery teams as an Automation QA or in a similar role, with a consultative background or a real desire to be customer-facing.
This role is fully remote and your specific salary will depend on your country of employment, and the level of expertise and knowledge you’ve gained. What you will do:
- Enable the continuous improvement of the quality and reliability of solutions delivered by the development team
- Design and create automated test suites (Unit, Component, and End-to-End)
- Optimize, expand and monitor the results of existing test suites
You will work closely with the Product Managers to define and clarify the requirements and implement CI / CD processes for the scheduled execution of test suites. You will work with Agile teams that deliver high-quality solutions. In this role, you need to define and execute best practices.
Skills and Experience:
We will hire someone who has:
- Certain years of experience in building automated testing architects/frameworks
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and SDLC
- Hands-on experience with C # Selenium Web Driver, NUnit, XUnit, and Git
- Experience with Continuous integration and building tools
You need to have experience with Accessibility and security tools and experience with test management and bug tracking tools. It is essential to have experience with relational and non-relational databases and a very good level of English.
