Your responsibilities:
- Write good, structured, high-quality code to create further microservices
- Participates in product development according to customer needs
- Increase the maintainability of existing systems and simplify complex solutions
- Transform legacy code into maintainable future code
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance for all our production systems
- Proactively identify potential improvements, lead their implementation
- Mentor other developers
What we expect:
- Relevant experience as a Java Developer
- Experience in concept development and process creation
- In-depth knowledge regarding the functionalities and usage of Java, Maven/Gradle, Spring Boot, REST, JPA, NoSQL, SQL, BPMN, and TDD/BDD
- Experience with OpenAPI/Swagger, Docker, Python, RabbitMq, Angular, DevOps (AWS, EKS,
- CDK, Lambdas, among others) is considered PLUS
- Good understanding of distributed systems
- Passionate about software archaeology with legacy code remediation
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strive to learn and improve
- Teamwork and good self-organization
- Excellent written and spoken English
