- Have deep knowledge in the networking / telecommunication protocols (VPN, TCP/UDP, OSPF, MPLS etc.);
- have the desire to learn and further develop within the industry;
- you are an analytical thinker and find the solution for every problem you face;
- can balance productivity and high quality;
- you are fluent in English – both spoken and written

- Having a higher education in the telecommunication / networking field;
- having a CCNA or NRS certificate;
- having previous experience in NOC/SOC
