As our business continues to expand, we are looking to add to our team a result-oriented, energetic, and motivated PHP Developer. You must have extensive experience in PHP 5+, Laravel, XML, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. You will be a key driver in the development and launch of custom platforms based on the Laravel framework, custom applications development, extension and modules development and other interesting projects. This position is for our office in Sofia (Bulgaria).
What you’ll do
- • Contribute to new & on-going projects – building online stores and developing new functionalities in existing stores
- • Cover all stages of the development cycle including estimation, conceptual and technical planning, implementation, deployment, support & maintenance
- • Extend the core Magento functionalities by custom development of modules and customizing themes for Magento 2 stores according to Magento coding standards
- • Develop and integrate business solutions involving eCommerce and 3rd party integrations
- • Work collaboratively as part of a team
- • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices
We need you to have
- 2+ years hands-on experience with PHP
- Good understanding of Relational Database concepts and MySQL / SQL
- Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST/cURL)
- Solid understanding of Object Oriented PHP7 and Design Patterns
- Familiar with MVC design pattern
- Experience with GIT version control system
- Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Motivation and willingness for learning new things and self-development
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic international environment
