We are currently looking for an experienced Embarcadero Delphi developer to join our RND team. The perfect match for us is a person who will utilize his/her outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail to participate in the analysis and design of SoftGroup’s solutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of software applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Make code reviews and coach team members
- Working with module-oriented architectures
- Responsibility towards the assigned work tasks and towards the team
- Ability to develop and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing with Embarcadero Delphi
- Web Services (SOAP & REST)
- Good knowledge of XML
- Experience with RDBMS (Microsoft SQL Server, Firebird/Interbase) – T-SQL, PSQL
- Deep understanding of OOP model
- University degree in Computer Systems and Technology, Informatics, Mathematics or a related science
- Knowledge of development environment (TFS)
- Fluent in English – written and spoken
